Rates and other services offered: We have an extensive range of camping equipment, which can be selected from our inventory. If there are any special requests we can usually accommodate them.
We provide on request, a comprehensive 'safari shopping list' for all the provisions required for a safari. A client can select what is needed, and we can do the shopping and pack it well for the start of your safari. We have the facilities to freeze meats, chill beverages and store fresh fruits and vegetables. We retain all shopping receipts which we give to the client to pay at the start of a safari and add an extra fee of KSHS. 3000/
Vehicles are allowed to enter Uganda and Tanzania with prior arrangement. Please note, a letter of authorization must be requested at the time of reservation.
Terms and Conditions:
Your vehicle will be confirmed for your safari as soon as you pay your 50% deposit. Until then, we work on a first come first serve basis. The balance is payable 2 weeks before you start your safari.
However, if you cancel your booking within 60 days before the start of your safari we will refund you half of your deposit.

- for superior tents, chairs and tables, freezers, roof tent, toilet and shower screens there is a surcharge and deposit payable

- KSHS. 1500/ >> Use of our driver/cook/guide, per day, if requested. (Please note: This does not include his food and accomodation but he comes with his own tent and beddings if you are camping)
- KSHS. 3500/ >> Drop-off vehicle, Nairobi.(Start of safari)
- KSHS. 3500/ >> Collect vehicle, Nairobi. (End of safari)
- KSHS. 3000/ >> Shopping fee, if requested.
